Our Story
We started with a simple question: Is this really worth the money?
Tify Homes began with a personal experience. While searching for a home for his family, our founder, Adeyeye Idowu Joseph, found himself questioning whether the properties available offered enough value for their asking prices.
Rather than settle, he decided to build what he believed a home should offer: good design, practical spaces, quality construction and a price that made sense.
That experience led to Project Makinde, which was completed in 2025. What started as a personal decision eventually became the foundation for Tify Homes & Properties. Today, that same thinking continues to influence how we approach every development.
We don't believe that getting more units out of a project should always be the goal. Sometimes, creating fewer, better-planned spaces delivers more value to the people who will eventually live in them.
